Dated April, 1950. Complete with cast iron base but missing the inner T-frame. Great looking example with only a few small dents that are very shallow and minor, otherwise only miniscule scratches, mark or wear. Some slight discoloration on the yellow reflective part of the piece.
CORRECTION - Bolts are NOT original.
Condition: (Very Good Plus - Near Mint).
