Circa 1920s. Original frosted glass body is decorated on both sides, complete with original lid and metal base with milk glass ball feet. Some medium wear, soiling and light rust on inside of base, medium to heavy wear on red transfer on dispenser body; still displays very well.
Condition: (Very Good).
