Gilt name "Speary". The two fraternal organizations have their logos at the top of the mug, one is the Patriotic Sons of America and the other the Junior Order of United American Machinists. Green T&V Limoges France mark on bottom. Minor gold loss to top and bottom rims but no cracks, chips, or hairlines noted.
