Gilt name "WM. G. Dowman". Also has the words Coney Island, NY and seasons 1908 to 1919 on the side. Dated 1918 and stamped "Germany" under base. Beautiful image of an eagle carrying the flag crest in its talons. One very minute hairline crack along the inside of where the handle is located.
