Beautifully matted and framed under glass. Complete with original outer mat board that details to whom it was presented in Jan. 1904, recognizing 30 years of service. Great color scene and graphics with only some light soiling, small stains, and marks, mostly on the outer mat board. Frame is highly complementary and likely original.
Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
