Circa 1930s to 1940s. Sign is for the Altoona Mirror and originally the inserts were designed to be news photos that were changed daily. The girl shown is not original to the piece. The case and framework is all original and the bottom side panel is believed to be original. Slight retains to the Biolite inc. decal on the back of the case. Great piece in nice overall condition with very minor lifting on some of the reverse paint.
