American. Marked "1939 Leon Schlesinger" on back of toy. Working. This is the scarcest of the three variations. Very little wear overall. Includes very colorful original box with nice depiction of Porky and Petunia. Box is complete and has just some creasing and tape holding the upper flaps on.
