Vintage. Complete set. Made by Empire Pencil Company in Tennessee. Marked "1966 Copyright National Periodical Productions Inc.". Pens are on nice colorful header cards that are unpunched. Includes original store box marked "Batman The Official Ballpoint Pen Empire Pencil Company No. 998". Box has two small splits at end. Header cards have beautiful depictions of Batman and Robin running and the pens show Batman on the front. This is a very rare and unusual find.
