Circa 1890s to 1900. Store located in Kutztown, PA. Signed by the artist, "Gus Did It". Piece has some marks and wear overall with an old clear-coat that was applied. Also, the piece was painted on two separate boards that are separated with a strap repair on one side that is showing.
Condition: (Very Good Plus).
