Manufactured by the Cincinnati Advertising Company. Pre-prohibition. Wonderful Art Deco cityscape. Reads "It's Tops for Taste". Glass is nice overall with some edge wear and paint loss. Metal hands on clock have some overall rusting and wear. This needs to be re-wired. Possibly the best example known.
