Japanese. Wind-up mechanism is working. Original net and pipe bowl. Toy has original $1.00 price stamp on back of Popeye figure. Toy has very little wear except for the bottom of ball. Includes scarce original box with nice color lithography of Popeye, Wimpy, and Olive Oyl and marked "King Features Synd.". Box does have some creasing and tape and staple repair. Toy (Excellent - Near Mint) Box (Very Good).
