American. One of the most desirable Popeye toys. Beautiful decal in front reads "Popeye the Sailor No. 268 1935 King Features Syndicate". Boat is working and has original pipe, oars, and rudder. Back tip of rudder is replaced. Slight chipping to decal and minor paint chipping around cream striping. Bottom of hull has some wear.
