1933. Scarce ring. You had to accumulate 75 certificates cut from chewing gum wrappers to obtain this ring. When you got your ring you became a Tom Mix Deputy. This was during the worst part of the depression and it is hard to imagine a kid collecting 75 wrappers to send in for this ring.
