Silver inlaid heel band and chap guard in polished blued steel with engraved stationary buttons and 14-point scalloped rowels. Attached to basketweave two-piece leather mounted with Dahl-made sterling buckles.

Provenance: Originally made for and sold at the January 17th, 1998 High Noon, Mesa, AZ auction as part of a project to highlight some of the premier contemporary western craftsmen of the 1990s with a tribute to the Four Sixes Ranch in North Central Texas and its rich Texas history, tradition and folklore dating back to the 1870s when Samuel B. Burnett drove his own herd of the Chishom trail
