C. 1904. Mills Novelty Co. Chicago IL. A wonderful original upright slot machine from Mills Novelty, called the “Big Six.” A mahogany cabinet with original 6-way coin head, raised panels, colorful tin wheel with chipped glass front, with a jackpot and musical accompaniment. This example is out of a 50 year collection, where it has been kept the past 40 years. CONDITION: The cabinet shows age and patina, and is unrestored. It has the original back door with Mills keys. All original hardware with aged nickel patina, with a working jackpot, and music box with great tone. Plays and pays. It would be extremely difficult to find a better example. It comes with a 2nd marquee that is a recast.
