This is an Orange Julep syrup dispenser with bright color and shine, marked for the Howel's soft drink company. There is some light rubbing and signs of discoloration to the words on the front and areas of loss to the gold pinstriping on the rim. Otherwise, in very good condition. Comes with the original pump marked for Howel's Orange Julep.
