A 1¢ operation figural peanut machine called "Smilin' Sam from Alabam' the Salted Peanut Man." Operates by pulling the tongue, which results in it dispensing a handful of peanuts. Cast aluminum with original red paint, showing original decals to the forehead. Original back tags and labels. CONDITION: Shows areas of paint loss and wear primarily from age and use. However, these machines were reproduced at one time - one that is original with original paint is a find to be sure! Working, with key.
