PEPSI-COLA "THE PEPSIN DRINK" HANGING SIGN

Maker marked "Chas W. Shonk". This unusual c. 1905 tin sign from Pepsi-Cola features the script logo with "Refreshing & Invigorating" tagline. The manufacturer mark is hardly visible, but can be read clearly under a loop. CONDITION: The the field shows a few small scrapes and spots of paint loss. The outer edges show further paint loss and wear, the worst of which can be seen on the left outer edge. This is perhaps the only known example of this sign.
