This is a serving tray advertising the National Brewing Company out of St. Louis, Missouri, purveyors of White Seal Beer. It shows bright color and shine, with a small chip in the paint above the word "White" on the top border, however the main play field shows very little wear and it is marked for the Standard Advertising Company out of Coshocton, Ohio.
