Manufactured 1876. Octagon barrel with an etched panel, seven shot, spur trigger and single action. Features factory engraving, nickel plated with two piece ivory grips. The etched panel is partially readable. Retains approximately 50% original nickel. Strong legends on barrel with delicate engraving. the brass frame is engraved and nickel plated retaining approximately 70% original nickel. Some light age freckling in flutes. Frame and cylinder are both finely engraved. Fine ivory grips. Strong Nitre blue on hammer. Perfect lock-up and action. Strong rifled bore. Nice factory engraved all original Colt with short two-year production run.
