Round rifled barrels mounted on rotating “Wender” breech. Scalloped percussion boxlock action with “ARIO DE JANEIRO” inlaid in gold on right side and “A. LAPORT E FILHOS” on left side, both surrounded by engraved wreaths, curved guard to protect un-used nipple on bottom barrel. Engraved fold-out trigger. Walnut bag grip with silver buttcap and grotesque mask nipple reservoir lid. Vacant German silver shield on wrist. Good condition, steel components retain a light grey patina with light pitting. Barrels can no longer be removed. Grip very good as refinished, showing some marks from use.
