This is Heckler & Koch SP-89 professionally converted to MP-5 by Fleming Firearms and a copy of the original 1995 dated receipt (complete with “happy machine gun-toting chipmunks logo”) is included. Qualified Manufacturing registered 3 position FBI "pictogram" auto-sear pack, “tabbed” vented “jungle” handgrip assembly with added “flapper” magazine release on SP-89 "STERLING, VA" marked host gun. Front trigger pin is actual H & K pin to simulate “swing-down” trigger pack. MP-5 marked on top of receiver with “IK” proof indicating 1989 manufacture. Includes three original 30 round curved magazines and sling. Host gun serial number on top of receiver with sear serial number added to right side of receiver. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent original matte finish with near excellent composite furnishings. Magazines are near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. Bore near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt near excellent. This is a select-fire machine gun. Just about as nice an MP-5 package as one could hope for with highly desirable, “move from host to host” auto sear pack. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2020-05-098
CORRECTION: As this gun is a Qualified sear in what would otherwise be an SBR and the two have been married together, a Form 1 would be needed to register the SP-89 as an SBR to move the sear and retain legality on the SP-89.
