Attractive green furnished Fleming registered Heckler & Koch Model G3A2 machine gun manufactured in 1981 according to proof mark “IB” on left side of magazine well. This is a registered receiver machine gun with push-pin attachment at front three-position selector for the European market indicating, “S, E, F”. This gun includes one original “7.62 X 51” marked magazine, and green muzzle cover. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent original matte finish on metal parts including magazine. Composite furnishings also extremely fine to near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. Magazine extremely fine with some handling marks. Bore very fine, shiny and bright. Bolt also very fine. This is a select-fire machine gun. The Heckler and Koch firing platform is rightly regarded as one of the best in the world. This specimen has been fitted with a “bird cage” flash hider.
