Outstanding popular Ruger AC 556 machine gun with 3 position selector for semi-automatic, fully automatic, and 3 shot burst. Marked "RUGER AC-556" on receiver. 1 blued Ruger 20 round magazine and 1 Ram Line 30 round magazine is included. The Ruger AC-5.56 was originally designed for US Navy and U.S. civilian NFA shooting enthusiasts, and Ruger found an unexpectedly vibrant market for this model in France where law enforcement took to it readily in a non-military form. This example retains the bayonet lug on the barrel. CONDITION: Overall appearance near excellent original stainless finish with some handling marks. Wood is also near excellent with some light handling marks. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt face also near excellent. The Ruger AC-556 is nice light machine gun which fires the popular and usually readily available ammunition. Compact and effective, this handy little gun packs a significant punch.
