Three position selector Heckler & Koch MP5K registered receiver machine gun with AWC CQB 9mm suppressor attached. Gun manufactured in 1989 according to proof code "IK" on top of receiver. This specimen incorporates a telescoping stock and vertical forend. No magazine present. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine original hard coat finish with added black finish to cover brassing of at high edge points near ejection port. Even so, there is some bare metal showing at top of receiver. Composite furnishings of buttstock and pistol grip near excellent. AWC suppressor near excellent original dull hardcoat finish with some flaking to bare metal where it threads onto the muzzle. Bore is near excellent shiny and bright. Bolt near excellent. Mechanics are crisp. This is a select fire machine gun. The suppressor will transfer on a separate ATF Form 3 or 4 and incur a separate tax if transferred on a form 4. THESE ARE NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS AND REQUIRE BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. BOTH OF THESE ITEMS ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
