This is a H & K Model 91 remanufactured by Willam Fleming into a fantasy gun. It features a non-removable silencer with a muzzle which stretches about 20" from the front of the magazine well. It is registered as model “G3KSD”, and marked on the left side of the magazine housing, “HK G3” over “SD” with serial number and caliber. Right side of magazine housing has typical “HK Inc” markings with added electro-pencil “Fleming Firearms Inc Collinsville, OK”. This annotation is also visible on the right side of the receiver when the stock assembly is removed. Because the silencer is permanently attached and integral to the receiver, this is a one stamp NFA item. Three position, “S,E,F” selector. Muzzle of silencer tube is threaded but open, revealing that there in nothing in the tube for over 7" back from the muzzle. Adjustable comb at top rear of buttstock and scope mount on top of the receiver. One 20 round magazine is included with this lot. Electronic NFA registry indicates, “HECKLER AND KOCH GMBH” in the manufacturer’s block. PROVENANCE: From the machine gun collection of noted William “Happiness is a Warm Machine Gun” Fleming. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance is near excellent black enamel finish as remanufactured. Bore is extremely fine, shiny and bright, baffles in silencer portion look dirty. Composite handgrip and buttstock are near excellent condition with some handling marks. Mechanics need attention as the action is stiff and charging handle tends to stick in the forward position; the hammer does not fall when trigger is actuated. This is a select-fire machine gun. An intriguing piece from the creative mind of William Fleming. With some appropriate effort this project could be finished off. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2025-12-233.
