Extremely fine condition DLO registered sideplate Browning 1919A4 machine gun manufactured with “SAGINAW STEERING GEAR DIV” and “GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION” markings immediately below, “MANFD BY DLO MFG, STANFORD, CT” on right sideplate. U.S. flaming bomb proof mark visible on top plate next to cover release latch. Bolt is unmarked on top. Carrying handle present at shroud. One spare .30-06 barrel is included as well as “AMC” marked tripod. Traverse & elevation mechanism and front mounting stirrup present. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent gray finish as applied upon remanufacture with near excellent brown wooden carrying handle. Bolt and internals blued and also near excellent. Tripod is extremely fine with green paint coverage. Bore of both barrels are extremely fine, shiny and bright. Mechanics are crisp. This is a full-automatic only machine gun. These Browning machine guns are always popular at the range and this is an exceedingly fine specimen.
