This is an early cast-iron stamped envelope vending machine called the National, manufactured by the Corham Mfg. Co. in 1915. Cast-iron base and top with glass sides and a fancy coin entry. For a nickel, the user would get an envelope with a stamp, and the machine looks as if it could hold hundreds. This example has been repainted and restored, is working. This is the exact example in "Silent Salesman Too" by Bill Enes, page 266.

Condition: (Restored).
