Marked "King Features Syndicate". American made by T. Cohn. Comes with original shovel. Beautiful scenes of Olive Oyl and Sweet Pea with Popeye pail building a sandman Popeye while Popeye leaps over Wimpy and Jeep is walking a duck with his umbrella. Marked "Popeye at the Beach". Some minor spots of scratching and litho loss.
