This remarkable wood sculpture is a great compositional example of this art form: "The cigar store Indian trade sign." It is demure sized and the subtle color palette the artist used looks even better with the patina of time on it. She is wearing a large headdress, mantle and necklace around her shoulders. In her hands are a package of cigars as well as a package of tobacco. In addition, the realism of the stoic face is a very real testament to the sculptor's technical skill. CONDITION: A real find in all original condition. With several small age cracks consistent with age. Standing on the original wood block. Showing wear to the original polychrome paint, and some splatter that may be paint, however this particular figure will improve 100% with a professional cleaning. Fresh to the market, these cigar store trade signs do not come to market in this original condition very often and here is a great example.

This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.

Condition: (Very Good).

Item Dimensions: 16" x 22" x 68".
