SSC. Maker mark "Donaldson Brothers New York." A nice example of this c. 1890s cardboard advertising sign from Allcock's Plasters featuring two siblings graphic. CONDITION: The field of this sign retains nice color throughout the lithography. With that said, there is staining and wear throughout the field. There are also areas of light tearing, as well as minor small puncture marks in the bottom 50% of the sign. The outer edges show general wear and discoloration throughout. There are also some minor bends that extend all the way through the sign, however everything is intact. This piece has been framed and is ready to display.
