This iconic automaton, showing a young boy serenading the crescent moon, was made by Vichy in the 1890s and is in incredible condition. Another automaton called "Lambert" has made a similar version. CONDITION: The wind-up operation is functioning. The automaton shows very little signs of wear with no paint loss. PROVENANCE: From the lifelong collection of Bill Howard.
