The truck has been professionally restored. It is painted black, green, and red colors. The tank is missing the lid on the top. The tank includes decals on each side marked "Buddy L Tank Line". There is another decal toward the bottom of the steering wheel marked "Buddy L Quality Toys". The colors are very bright and attractive and the truck is very well preserved.
Condition: (Excellent - Near Mint).
