This cabinet features a hinged front lid with a colorful, embossed lithograph on tin. Featuring George Washington on horseback to promote fabric dyes manufactured by the Monroe Drug Co., of Quincy, Illinois. The inside of the lid has a paper guide glued to it that explains color shades. The interior has 24 compartments for paper dye packets.
