This steel display for hosiery is on a circular base with a central rod that holds a horizontal rack and marquee that reads "Cooper, Wells & Co., St. Joseph, Mich., Full Fashioned and Seamless Hosiery". The back of the rotating marquee has a partial message from the Nathan M. Stone Co. of Chicago glued to it. Circa 1918. Included are 3 pairs of hose.
Condition: (Very Good).
