Saloon cigar lighter with oil lamp and shade that has punched lettering reading, “Lillian Russell 5¢ Cigar.” Top of metal base reads, “Lillian Russel 5¢ Cigar.” This lighter has two spellings for “Russell.” Circa 1890’s.
