This is a fantastic double sided sign that was made by Ing-Rich, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. It has a rich cobalt blue color that is unfaded and retains much of its original gloss. There are a few edge chips and some scattered edge wear. This is the best example that we have seen of this sign.
Condition: (Excellent Plus).
