Sign was made by The John Dawes Mfg. Co. Pittsburgh Pa. It has a very appealing and colorful design with an illustration of a waterfall and bridge from Tumwater, Wa. The sign is titled “It’s the Water”. The ornate wooden frame is in very good condition with no issues. The sign is in excellent condition with only one tiny area of paint loss on the bottom section of the red banner.
