Highly desirable early Colt AR-15 converted to a machine gun by Pearl Industries. Classic early military style features such as no bolt forward assist, "three prong" flash hider, rounded buttplate, movable rear sling swivel, "shiny" composition buttstock, and triangular handguards are noticeable to the discerning eye. Green military web sling and one Colt 15 round magazine also included, as well as an original brown cardboard shipping box with ink patent numbers stamped on outside. Magazine well exhibits typical "Colt AR-15" markings with rampant horse logo on left side with "Model SP1" and SP prefix serial number with "PMC" suffix added upon conversion. Close inspection reveals a replacement front receiver pin and professionally added "AUTO" marking at selector switch. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish extremely fine to near excellent with only the slightest of handling marks. Action is very smooth. This weapon has been fired very little and well cared for.
