32" single trap barrel with interchangeable chokes, and 29 - 1/2" over-under barrels with fixed chokes, high matted ventilated ribs, and are serial numbered same as the action, with all correct Perazzi markings on top barrels. Extra set are 27 - 1/2" with low ventilated rib, and are serial numbered "61581" but fit action well. Coin finished action with removable V-spring trigger group, marked "O/U" (another trigger group is unmarked), is engraved with 60% coverage nicely cut scroll surrounding well detailed Bulino game scenes; pair of woodcock flying in open alders on left, and a pair of grouse with pine tree in background on right. Bottom of action has portrait of Brittany spaniel retrieving woodcock. Engravers signature, "G. Gournet", Geoffroy Gournet, well known, of Easton, Pennsylvania, is under "Perazzi MX 3" in gold on left side. Well marbled European walnut deep pistol grip low Monte Carlo buttstock measures 14" over White Line pad. Point pattern checkering is at grip. Also included is another buttstock of fiddle figured European walnut with adjustable comb and black recoil pad, as well as a third straight grip field buttstock of lightly figured flesh tone European walnut with checkered butt. All barrel sets are served by one full field style forend. Gun comes with an older leather case with new leather corners, lined in burgundy cloth for trap set. It contains three choke tubes, three rosewood handled turnscrews, square A&F marked oil bottle, pair of ebony and brass snap caps, stock removal tool, choke wrench, and spare trigger group in covered compartment. Another vinyl case contains field stock, three rosewood handled turnscrews, snap caps, and cleaning equipment. A small third vinyl case is for field barrels. CONDITION: Excellent, showing moderate use as a target gun, but still with nearly all original finishes. Mechanically fine. Cases are generally fine. An attractive multi-use Perazzi. MGM80.
