Seldom encountered, call it a modern successor to the Beretta Model 38/42 with single trigger, and three position selector on left side of receiver. Simple straight slot for cocking handle on receiver tube, fixed leaf sight, and smooth barrel with five slot muzzle break forward of hooded front sight. Includes one 40 round Beretta 38/42 magazine and the original factory box for the gun. Front sling swivel on barrel and although stock is cut out for rear sling swivel, none is present. Made for the commercial market this gun clearly is a simplified successor to the Beretta. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent dull matte finish on metal parts with blonde urethane finished wood. Mechanics are crisp. Bore is extremely fine, shiny and bright. Bolt face extremely fine. A very attractive looking gun! THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4.
