Extremely fine condition Richard M. Davis registered sideplate Browning 1919A4 machine gun manufactured with “BROWNING MACHINE GUN”, model, and manufacturer date professionally applied to right sideplate. Parts of this gun have original “RIA” markings and assembly numbers. Bolt is unmarked on top. Includes “low” mount M2 tripod. Traverse & elevation mechanism and front mounting stirrup present. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is near excellent gray finish as applied upon re-manufacture. Mechanics are fine. Bore is dark. Tripod is fine with green paint coverage. This is a full-automatic only machine gun. These Browning machine guns are always popular at the range and this has a pleasing gray finish tone to it. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. JWK 2019-10-123 CORRECTION: Bolt is very fine and is no longer stuck. Action moves smoothly when operated by hand. Carbon was the culprit and a thorough cleaning was all that was needed.
