Underwood marked receiver made between November 1942 and July 1943. Barrel marked Underwood with flaming bomb and 6-44 date. Unmarked front sight with correct rear flip sight marked with a "S". Correct push button safety and clip release. Correct internals with proper contractor marks concurrent with production. Correct flat blued bolt marked with "U". Unmarked wide style sling swivel. Oval cut high wood stock with correct Underwood markings along with "RIA/EB" rearsenal markings on left of stock. Comes with Underwood marked flat bottom 15 round clip, unmarked oiler, and woven olive drab sling. CONDITION: 80% original arsenal finish left on metal parts. Good mechanics with shootable bore with a ME of 2. Wood has good cartouches with possible refinish on stock done when rearsenalled. DLM2019
