Manufactured by I.B.M. Corporation between August 1943 and May 1944. Gun has barrel marked "I.B.M. Corp." with no date. Receiver has "AO" for "Auto-Ordnance" and was sub-contracted for I.B.M. with less than 50,000 made. Correct marked internals concurrent with I.B.M. production. Front sight is unmarked with correct rear flip sight marked "F-OB". Correct marked " K-VB" wide sling swivel. "AOB" marked correct flat bolt. Correct oval cut high wood stock with "LW-B" in sling well and crossed cannons on the right. Correct two rivet top wood marked " J-L". Correct push button safety and clip release. Comes with 15 round "IU" marked dented bottom clip, unmarked oiler and green woven sling that is probably a reproduction. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% original military finish with a shootable bore with an ME of 2. Wood has dark finish with visible cartouches. Good mechanics. DLM2019
