This 1895 vintage Colt rifle, serial number 78033, has the standard 26 inch full octagon barrel and 15 shot full length magazine. Chambered in .32-20. Barrel is marked with Colts Hartford address and "32 Cal." at breech. Oil finished walnut stock and forearm. Standard Colt "buckhorn" style rear and blade front sights. CONDITION: Excellent overall with 97-98% original blue on frame, barrel, and magazine tube. Only noticeable loss of blue visible on high points and wear from slide action. One small area of light pitting and overcleaning visible on left side of barrel. Wood is excellent plus with a high grain showing little wear. Bore is excellent. Overall a very clean attractive rifle with most all Colt original blue remaining. -MKS-
