This Hard times Armory registered Heckler & Koch machine gun was manufactured in 1985 according to proof mark “IF” on top of receiver. Clearly marked "HK MP5" on top of receiver. This is a registered receiver machine gun with “tabbed” handgrip assembly and three position selector indicating, “S, E, F”. This gun includes one original magazine made the same year as the gun. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is extremely fine to near excellent original matte finish to metal and composite furnishings. Magazine extremely fine with some handling marks. Mechanics are fine. Bore near excellent, shiny and bright. Bolt also near excellent. Extractor not present on bolt. This is a select-fire machine gun. Telescoping buttstock makes this a very compact and popular machine gun. Many maintain this is the ultimate “best” competitive submachine gun. Reliable, effective, and attractive.
