Lot consists of (A) Remington Model 870 Police Magnum slide action shotgun with ribbed synthetic forearm, synthetic stock checkered at wrist and terminating in a Remington recoil pad. Gun is finished in black. Rifle sights on barrel. Barrel marked for Modified choke, 2 - 3/4" or 3" shells. Comes in Remington cardboard box correctly numbered to gun with styrofoam liner. CONDITION: Very fine with factory grease still present. Retains the vast majority of factory finish with only very light traces of use, probably from factory testing and assembly. Operates correctly with a fine bore. (B) Benelli M4 Entry with telescoping stock and pistol grip. Ghost ring aperture sights, top rail. Marked for 2 - 3/4" or 3" shells. Cylinder choke. Comes in Benelli cardboard box with accessories. CONDITION: Very fine, with what appears to be factory oil present. Retains the vast majority of factory finish with only very light traces of use, probably from factory testing. Operates correctly with a fine bore, lifter pops up properly. THIS LOT CONTAINS TWO NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEMS AND REQUIRE BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THESE ITEMS ARE FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. THEY WILL NOT BE SEPARATED. EW
