Jonathan Ciener is a well known figure in the .22 community, producing a number of .22 conversions for popular firearms. This particular example is a Ruger Mark I with a suppressor designed to mimic a bull barrel. Other features include an adjustable rear sight mounted to receiver, fixed front sight mounted to suppressor shroud. Baffle designed suppressor with internal porting. Serial number and Mr. Ciener's information is on the right side of the shroud. Ruger silver phoenix medallion plastic grips. Black finish. CONDITION: Good used condition. Shows marks from operation and handling on exterior with some scratches and marks. Barrel is good with visible sharp rifling but extensive carbon build up, easily cleaned. Operates correctly. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS ITEM IS FULLY TRANSFERABLE ON AN ATF FORM 3 OR 4. EW
