This is a very unusual and rare version of a Freeport Novelty Vending machine. According to the writing on the sides of the painted wooden case, this machine sold a piece of Perfecto gum and a fortune for 1¢. You can reference the Perfecto gum machine on page 123 of "Silent Salesman Too" by Bill Enes, the writing on the sides of those machines matches the writing on the side of this Freeport. Additionally, there is an original marquee with a partial sign that references the same language with "a big piece of gum". The machine is in original paint, with minor scuffs and some paint loss. The front casting is solid with no repairs, and the coin mechanism is in working order. Has keys. This particular machine is not pictured in the Freeport Novelty section, page 62, of "Silent Salesman Too" by Bill Enes.

Condition: (Very Good).
