Mills Novelty Co. manufactured these fortune telling trade stimulators from 1919 to 1927. Players can select from six questions using the pointer and then press the button at the side of the cabinet to spin the wheel and reveal their answer. The aluminum front casting is nicely detailed in original red, green, and yellow. In all original condition with some oxidation to the indicator and the fortune window, and scuffs and abrasions to the wooden cabinet. Instructions for changing the fortune discs inside the back door. Working and with key.
